It was great to see Better Than Ready win the way we had hoped and expected when he took out the QTIS 2YO Hcp at Eagle Farm on the 21st of April. After being slow away from the gates jockey Ric McMahon had to hunt him up to sit midfield and later it was found that the horse had lost a plate in the run which only highlights how good a run it was. Once he was asked for an effort in the striaght Better Than Ready quickly picked up the leaders and went on to win easily. This horse will continue to improve and we will certainly be having alot of fun with this horse in the future. Congratulations to all of his connections and we look forward to his next start.
